Cultivate Wellness & Beauty This March: Will you Join Our Upcoming Events?
Spring is just around the corner, and we’re welcoming the season with events to nourish your body, mind, and space! Whether you’re looking to unwind, move with intention, or brighten your home with fresh greenery, we have something special for you.

🌸 Yoga with Mei MAR. 29, 2025 1pm —We’re more like plants than machines — we thrive with care and balance. If you’ve been gardening for a while, you know that healthy soil, plenty of sun, water, and nutrients are essential for vibrant plants. The same is true for your body!
In this 20-minute theory session followed by 40 minutes of gentle standing movement, we’ll explore ways to warm up your muscles and joints before heading into the garden. No mats needed — all movements can be done standing or seated in a chair.
🕊️ Tai Chi Workshop MAR. 22, 2025 1pm — Ground & Center Yourself Experience the gentle power of Tai Chi, a practice that enhances balance, circulation, and inner calm. Connect with your body and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

🌿 Plant of the Month Challenge — Grow Joy Year-Round Bring nature’s beauty into your life! We encourage you to pick up one plant a month — whether a vibrant flower, a leafy green, or a hardy succulent — so you have something lovely to enjoy each season.
