January brings exciting updates to our green community – we’ve just unveiled a fresh look for one of our greenhouses! Out with the old plastic, and in with a new, inflated, double-walled poly covering. Wondering why? That cozy air layer in between is our secret weapon against heat loss, boosting our energy efficiency and reducing our carbon footprint.
We are growing winter strawberries at the farm! Despite the chilly weather, these resilient berries are thriving, taking their time to ripen in the cool conditions. Winter vibes abound with our berry buddies showcasing red and dead leaves as they prepare for a little nap. Looking forward to offering these beauties at the farm!
